Shurgard Self Storage Veldhoven

Jordan was a great help. Bear in mind though thay the office is in Eindhoven West, Veldhoven is just the storage site,
but this was my own mistake as I didn't read the email properly ;)

Support has been amazing from day 1. Facilities are very nice. Thank you Jordan and Gaby for helping us with our locker :)

Felipe helped me with all the questions I had. He was very positive and helpful. Because of him I will choose Shurgard again in the future.

I used the unit for a month while I was moving apartments. Gaby was great help through everything. 10/10 would recommend.

It is a great storage service . Jordan and Gabi assisted and helped us to find the best offer for our needs. We were first considering the one in Eindhoven west , but they helped us to realise that value distance the veldhoven one was more convenient. The installations are very good and straigh forward , the only downside is that you might run into the risk of not carts left if many people are there . But is a low risk . Overall great experience , I recommend. It feels well taken care off. Jordan called us after because they saw we opened our storage , to check if we were happy . Attentativness

very friendly and helpful customer service! My agent Felipe first asked a few questions to figure out the necessary size and then found the best prize for me! All costs are made transparent right from the start and I was made aware that the contracts are very flexible regarding changing the unit and cancelling. I hope you all will have the chance to be consulted by Felipe or at least someone who is doing the same good job!

Felipe helped me schedule a tour and Jordan showed me my unit, helped me pick out boxes and helped translate my direct debit form. Both Jordan and Felipe were incredibly helpful!

The employees that work here helped me perfectly. I already had a storage unit at Shurgard and needed a bigger one so I called the helpdesk for advice on how to proceed. The woman at the helpdesk was very friendly and helped me perfectly. She said the best option was to take a new storage unit as there was a special offer at that moment. So I made a reservation for a bigger unit and received a call from a man working at this establishment, who helped me with the same level of expertise. All in all, a great experience with the people that work here.
