The bakery is located opposite the downtown area and provides a variety of bread. With the original taste, crunchy, without adding sugar.
Usually not much left after 15:00, need to go there early.
The coffee from the bakery is also quite good.

This is my third time coming to this bakery!
Since I went in the evening, a lot of bread was sold out! amazing!
Thank you for always making delicious bread! I ate macarons for the first time today. It was very delicious!!!
The atmosphere is homely and very comfortable. The lighting design is also super cool!

It’s always a good sign when locals form a queue to the checkout first thing in the morning. I asked, “what is the best sourdough you sell here?” The response, “the champagne”. ‘twas effervescent.

The best bread we ever had in the whole Netherlands.. They had also an affordable bread for the less privileged ones which showed they care about fellow citizens who barely managing given the inflation.

Delicious pastries and a lovely cosy cafe to hide from the bitterly cold wind (-5 in January)

Cozy place. Like a serial Friends, but elegant interier. Nice cappuccino 3€. Pies and cakes are amazing ~3€. Sandwiches ~4€ nice, but will be nice to add sause. Carpets, real flowers, nice smell inside and lounge music

This is how a bakery should be. No pre-prepared dough from a factory what is sold as "fresh" and what kind of rubbish. This bakery is making their breads by them selves and the taste is great. You can also have a lunch over there and get a cup of coffee.

Definitely best bread maker, viennoiserie maker (croissant, pain au chocolat etc...) in town. Bread is tasty, crunchy, soft inside... amazing. I regularly tell myself "how will I manage if it happens that they leave Eindhoven ?" ... I still do not know ! Please stay ! ;)

Really enjoyed the sandwiches we got from here. Great bread, tasty fillings. The vegetarian in our party was happy.

Best bread in town (and I'm French and I tried different bakeries before finding this one ;) ), nice people, breakfast is also good.

Awesome bakery that sells delicious bread. But you can also sit down in their cozy but minimalist-designed cafe, where they serve the perfect tosti (sourdough bread and an excellent melted local farmer's cheese). Their brownie is also delicious, and all this for a reasonable price.

I'm so happy to have found this place. I make sourdough bread myself from time to time. I couldn't find a bakery in the wide area with good flavoured sourdough bread. Untill this place. Their sourdough bread is full of taste, as if it just came out of the oven at home. I hope they stay around :)

They have a variety of high quality sourdough bread and pastries. A cozy place to sit, have coffee, cake or eat something. Petite-France à Eindhoven ;)

This bakery has a nice variety of breads made with sourdough instead of yeast. Everything has a homemade taste and you can also grab a great bowl of soup or toast and coffee or tea if you are hungry from the smell in the bakery. Highly recommended!

We've had tonnes of Dido's bread and always loved it!
And you have to try the cookies as well (especially the ones with the almond on top), they are incredible!

Very good sourdough breads. Cannot find similar quality in any other bakeries around. There are many options for different preferences of taste.

Superb bakery, really friendly owner who has some great creations. Really cosy atmosphere, could sit here for hours enjoying good coffee and great bread related snacks. Really well designed inside area, very pleasant, probably one of the best cafes in Eindhoven.
