Fijne yoga lessen voor elk niveau. Of je nu een beginner bent of al jaren yoga beoefend, jong of al wat ouder, de lessen van Marieke zijn voor iedereen toegankelijk en met een persoonlijke touch. Marieke laat je je heel welkom voelen en begeleidt je in de goede houding waar nodig. De lessen zijn rustig maar evengoed intensief.
Inmiddels bijna 20 lessen gevolgt en kan echt verschil merken, ik heb meer bewegingsvrijheid, ben een stuk soepeler geworden en letterlijk meer in balans. Ik raad het iedereen aan om yoga met zelfbewustzijn te ervaren bij Marieke.

Marieke geeft prettige yogales in kleine groepjes met veel persoonlijke aandacht. Echt een heerlijk moment voor jezelf.
