Op dit gedeelte van het park staan nog bungalows met veel privacy op grote stukken grond met tuin. Niet opgegepropt en als je s ochtends de gordijnen open doet dat je je buren ziet. Kort om heel fijn. Voor kinderen is er een pumptrack waar je met een stuntfiets of step van af kan. Maar ook een leuke speeltuin met kabelbaan, een springkussen, beachvolleybal en voetbal veld. Vanuit het park loop je zo het bos in waar je de sabeltand of mamoetroute kan lopen. Het restaurant van Fletcher is dichtbij.
