Ici Mode, een super winkel. Personeel vriendelijk en niets is teveel.
Klachten ? Geen probleem dit wordt direct opgelost, zo krijg je je besteedde aankoop zo nodig in contanten terug.
Deze zaak beveel ik aan.

Hele slechte ervaring met deze winkel. Onlangs twee paar gympen besteld waarvan er 1 paar al bleek uitverkocht. Bij het tweede paar zat de verkeerde maat in de verkeerde doos. Ik moest ruim 2 dagen wachten op een reactie over mijn klacht. Mocht het paar retour sturen op kosten van de winkel, ik had ze 1 dag aan gehad, maar ik heb het retourbedrag, ondanks meerdere mails, niet retour ontvangen. Ze verdienen niet eens 1 ster. Erg erg slecht.
