Herman from customer support provides such excellent service, it’s been a great pleasure communicating via email. It is so difficult to come by that high level of service. Every single one of my questions about the product and policies was answered directly, in complete detail, and quickly. I was very confident ordering for delivery all the way to the USA from the Netherlands. I placed my order for a stroller and matching carrycot February 13, the packages were handed off to the carrier on February 14, and I already received both (very large) packages on February 16 evening in the USA. The order must have been sent by rocket-ship. Packages arrived safely and without any damages.

I would not hesitate to order internationally from Baby Max again because of my superb experience with Herman, and the delivery process. I already recommended to all friends and family.

Fantastic! Great great service and very nice contact via email, the shipping of our carriage was super-fast (two business days to Denmark) after the carriage did arrive at their shop. The Carriage was well packet and arrived in three big parcels which where several times re-sealed with strong Baby Max tape. All in all, I can highly recommend them and would definitely order from them again.

We've ordered a Stroller online from Babymax.nl. All the experience was amazing! To start with the online support - we've got answers to all our questions in a minute, then going through the purchase - all information duly received and the delivery - all in time and clearly communicated. We've liked the stroller in local Bulgaria shop but the price Babymax was offering was 40% less - and all arrived in original package, brand new without any complains! Definitely would recommend Babymax to any friend!
