Huisartsenpraktijk Kessel

I don’t know what is the problem, maybe because I am polish ?
I am getting really mad and confused by not receiving any help. I should get phone call 14th of September between 14:00-16:00 about any information if it’s possible to get to psychologist in their praktijk, that’s what receptionist from Kessel informed me last time while I have been there after my appointment which was all in Dutch and even if you ask for English you not get listen to.
I am really done with fighting for help, through so many years getting barely help, having strong allergy and even one time not being send to dermatologist Becasue apparently doctors there knows everything, and instead of searching for the problem they just give you strong hormonal creams and adios.
This time I won’t leave it like this, I am gonna report situation to special institution , named by racist and no willing to help human being.

Voor longontsteking moet je maar een paracetamolletje pakken ??? Pardon!!! Voor de 3e keer is mijn vriendin gisteren afgewimpeld door deze krankzinnige praktijk. De dame achter de telefoon moet waarschijnlijk door de telefoon kunnen kijken om te constateren of ze het zelf wel noodzakelijk vind dat je de dokter kunt komen bezoeken.
We zitten nog steeds te wachten op het telefoontje van de dokter, maar die zal waarschijnlijk wel weer niet bellen.
Als ze je maar vooral niet hoeven te helpen.
Belachelijk !
En dit noemt zich dan een medisch centrum.
