Twee elektrische fietsen gekocht van het merk Qwic. 1 model was op voorraad. Aflevering was duidelijk. Hoe om te gaan met fiets en zeker belangrijk, hoe om te gaan met de accu. Caroline gaf duidelijk tekst en uitleg.
2e model moest nog gefabriceerd worden. Afleverdatum was onder voorbehoud, maar Caroline hield me netjes op de hoogte. Met een extra inspanning van "oos" pap werd de fiets keurig afgeleverd afgelopen zaterdag. Caroline, bedankt!

Geweldige service. Zeer persoonlijk, kundig en heel erg vriendelijk. Echt een bedrijf waar je je QWIC elektrische fiets wilt kopen.
