Ik was een tijd lang niet gemotiveerd om te gaan sporten.
Ik werd aangeraden om Crossfit te gaan proberen en zo kwam ik bij Bryan terecht!
Hij heeft mij te weten motiveren om nu elke week 2 tot 3 keer te gaan trainen!
Hij legt alles super rustig en goed uit en je gaat het onwijs leuk vinden als je bij Bryan gaat trainen ! Enthousiast, geduldig en motiverend !

Trainen met Bryan is een feestje, hij weet mij altijd weer op de juiste wijze te motiveren en stimuleren. Zijn trainingen zijn telkens opnieuw anders en vervelen nooit. Ik beveel Bryan van harte aan als personal trainer. Ik ga voorlopig nog ff door met hem 💪 Chris Mulder
