Nooit zulke teleurstellende service gezien.
Een duur appartement gehuurd in Noordwijk (bij Tatiana van der Zwan) voor mijn ouders voor 2 dagen. Ze was vergeten de bevestiging met deurcode te sturen, vergeten te vermelden dat de bel stuk was. Staan we een kwartier voor een dichte deur. Na veel appen krijg je de code door. Kom je in de kamer is deze vergeten schoon te maken. Opnieuw appen....krijg je een andere kamer. Met excuus....we sturen een fles champagne als goedmaker. 3 keer raden? Ook vergeten. Erg jammer, jullie zien mij nooit meer terug.
