De Ruigenhoek Goed Kamp

This is beautiful spot for camping in the Netherlands. The site is close to beautiful sand dunes accessible by bike. The reception was great, so are the facilities (toilets, heated showers, basins for washing dishes, a fireplace, and a shed where to find games, charge the phone, and refrigerate food). The camping is minimalistic compared to others in the county and that is what makes it (and other natural camping sites in the NL) memorable.

Great camping location primarily oriented at tent camping which is very nice it's also located right next to a glider launching field which is active on the weekends and quite interesting to watch there's a little shed with games and plug-in facilities and refrigerator and a fire pit which is normally lit by a member of staff and kept open for group enjoyment by the fireside

Really nice campground, on biking and hiking trails to the beach, to visit tulip fields or to nearby towns, very convenient! Also nicely arranged to separate small and big tents and caravans. (Only downside was it was so natural that there were still many animals to make noises during the night 😅 )

It's an amazing camping 🏕 site with all amenities and quite close to the nature, highly recommend for family's who are looking for a break from a regular urban life.

Great volunteer staff - Cosy place with lots of corners and trees for a relatively private camping experience. Free warm showers, good facilities - nothing luxurious but clean and useful.

Shelter for eating while it’s raining, herb garden and playground for the kids.

Close to the dunes and 10 minutes walk (+|-) to the ocean. In the middle of a nature district with deers and other animals.

Only minus would be the street next to it, which you don’t really hear too much.

Fantastic to fly on a glider. Plus wildlife in surrounding Park. Very nice to have a hiking and discover some nature plus explore dunes and see the ocean.

Fantastic, we stayed there with a tent when biking around Holland, the green surroundings are amazing, definitely recommend it!

Easy going, spacious and perfectly located for a visit to the beach, local towns and Leiden (for museums, shopping and a proper city center).

Het gaat hier niet om een hotel, zoals Google denkt, maar over een hele leuke camping. Aardig, hartelijk, ontspannen team met een prima service. Eenvoudig, goed en schoon sanitair. Klein overkomelijk dingetje: de plekken langs de kant zijn niet heel ruim, maar het grote veld waar je op uitkijkt wel. Veel speelruimte voor de kinderen

Hele fijne camping. Eerder met 'het groene boekje' op Tiengemeten gekampeerd, maar dit is next level. Sanitair echt top, overal picknicktafels, kraantjes etc. Ook plekken om je powerbank op te laden, koelkasten, vriezers etc.

Mooie plekken, rustige mensen, ook na 22u stil en een heel.mooi plekje vlak bij de Waterleidingduinen. Vanavond aan het kampvuur een worstje roosteren, nu al zin in!

In mijn ervaring zijn de beheerders super aardig. Inderdaad geen discussie over de plek waar je staat, maar dat maakt mij geen bal uit. Alle plekken zijn mooi.

Mooie camping pal aan het natuurpark. Beheerdersechtpaar super vriendelijk, gezellig en behulpzaam. Mooie grote plaatsen voor de camper rond een groot veld. Sanitair is nieuw, schoon en heerlijk warm! Wij komen zeker terug!
