Splendid restaurant.
I was having dinner in here because I was staying at the Alexander Hotel. The restaurant is at the groundfloor of the Hotel.

Similar to the Hotel itself, the Dylans restaurant not only looks like a high-end dine-in, but also manages to surprise you with delicious cocktails, and exquisite food arrangements. Decent prices for the quantity of quality you get at Dylans.

If you are looking to charm your partner with a warm atmosphere, fancy interior-design, and competent service, I can totally suggest Dylans.

We had the bread and Filet-Américain, which was a good starter. The bread was taken out of the oven seconds before being served. The filet creme came as a duo of two different ways to prepare it, original filet-americain, and a more creamy version of it.

We had the Dylans Steak Medium Cooked (perfectly, softer meat and tender) and the Plumba Iberico Steak Medium/Rare Cooked (Came perfectly Medium/Rare, light smokey sauce, great veggie sides on the plate).

I can only recommend the meat(s) which both were delicious.

To share as sides we ordered:

a portion of (french) fries:
-high quality, maybe home-made fries,
-excellent crisp
-very tasty

a portion of (white) aspargus:
-perfectly cooked
-great seasoning

a portion of baby spinach:
-perfectly seasoned
-crunchy leaves

After dinner, there was still space for dessert, my partner had the crème-brûlée (excellent) and I ordered a „Espresso-Martini“, which is a wonderful cocktail, based on Martini and Coffee, shaken until slightly creamy, a première for me. Approved by some Italian guy.

The service, which in our case was Naim and Dimitri, was very friendly, multilingual, and tried all of their best to warmly serve us and make it a beautiful evening.

We didn‘t have to wait much time to get our food. They were very reactive because we were a little late.

If you are looking to have an exquisite dinner, and then go for a late-night-walk on the beach, you are only 2 minutes away by foot.

If you are guests at the hotel, and you have breakfast included,prepare for a great breakfast!

Great design, friendly staff, good food. We had the Dylans steak and the beef tenderloin, and the apple and vanilla dessert and the cheeseplate. All beautifully arranged and tasty. The one thing that could be improved is the cocktails - my Negroni tasted like 100% Campari.

Wonderful and delicious. A very nice place, and good service. You get your food super quick.

It is a very nice place. You can get a drink or enjoy good food. Their copper burger is a good burger, the size is perfect to make you feel full with out beeing too stuffed. They also make great coffee. The prices are affordable. The service is good and the waiters are alert of you with out beeing klingy.

We celebrate my husbands bday. Lovely location... and the meals was awesome!!! Nice people ! Highly recommendet!

Das Dylans bietet erstklassige Speisen und Getränke an. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Wir haben ein Porterhouse Steak genommen und es war auf den Punkt gegart. Aber auch die anderen Speisen waren vorzüglich!

Das Restaurant bietet zudem auch ein tolles Ambiete! Aber am Wochenende unbedingt reservieren!!!!

Wat een prachtige zaak, hippe lounge en cocktailbar, zeer vriendelijke barman.
Een feestje voor wie van vlees houdt, wij aten ossenhaas in zoutkorst, zeer zeer lekker, nu gaan wij toch regelmatig op restaurant maar nog nooit zo lekker vlees gegeten.
Mooi gedecoreerd met groeten.
Vooraf de snow crab, prachtig bord en zeer lekker.
Ook de meisjes in de bediening, zeer vriendelijk.
Wij hebben een toffe avond gehad.

Aanrader! De eendenborst en Dylans steak waren erg goed van smaak. Prettige en ongedwongen sfeer, vriendelijk personeel, mooi interieur en een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding.

Ik moet heel eerlijk zijn. Dit restaurant meet zich aan Michelin ster. Product kwaliteit bediening.
Dus zal ik ze daarop ook eerlijk moeten beoordelen.

Is het goed eten qua tarief?
Jazeker alles klopt alleen vindt ik de ham zelf wat te droog en kaal.
Kan beter aankleden.
Voor de rest helemaal top gas erbij je heb de Michelin ster.
Aanrader en echt verbaasd steak tartaar.
