Great shop. Very reasonable pricing and stellar service, even when buying from another country!

The Guitarshop employees were forthcoming, helpful and friendly.
They went through the trouble of recording a video comparing two guitars I was interested in. In the end, when I wasn't happy with some details in the guitar, they did everything to fix the issues before shipping it so that I'm satisfied with the purchase.

I really appreciate this kind of treatment and would definitely return to make my purchases here in the future.

These guys are the real deal when it comes to guitars. They are knowledgeable, honest, and they try to help you make the best decision in regards to what you want. They have a great selection of boutique brands, among which are also some of the less well known brands, which makes visiting this store a must for those who haven't had the chance to see it!

If you ever wondered "why the hell should I go to a physical store when I can order online from a big gigastore", try this place. Once.
Not only will you not pay more, you'll see what it means to be offered a client experience, as opposed to 'just a transaction'. These guys go above and beyond in support and service, and chances are, you'll return often, for shopping, for advice, for tech support or for just a chat.
This kind of place is the reason people suddenly start using the hashtag #shoplocal every time they can.
(And just a small detail: I drove about 2 hours for their service. So "local" is a pretty broad concept.)

Hier voor het eerst en we werden goed geholpen en na het vernieuwen van de snaren en schoonmaken nog even een versterker geprobeerd , en gelijk maar aangeschaft samen met een pedaal .
Komen hier zeker terug

Na lang nadenken toch de stap gezet naar een elektrische gitaar. Bij de Guitarshop werd ik heel goed geholpen in het selectieproces. Ik kon op mijn gemak van alles uitproberen, met een goed bakkie koffie erbij. De eerste suggestie bleek toch wel het beste te bevallen. Nu trotse eigenaar van een Ibanez AZES31. Dank voor het advies, de service en de koffie.

Een top gitaar winkel. De medewerkers weten precies waar ze het over hebben en weten veel over de gitaren die ze verkopen. Ook een perfecte plek om je gitaar heen te brengen voor een servicebeurt. Niet duur maar wel goede kwaliteit

Vriendelijke mensen. Ruime keuze innde winkel en mogelijkheid om te testen.
Kwam helemaal uit rotterdam om hier geholpen te worden.
