Finnegan's Irish pub

Really authentic for a Dutch Irish bar with great atmosphere, huge selection of beers from tap and more with lovely grub

We are all Finnegan's born and breed. We lived in South Africa most our lives, 2 sisters live in Durban, 1 sister lives in Johannesburg and I live in Liverpool, UK 🇬🇧, our 1 brother lives in Dorset, UK and the other brother lives in Cape Town. My one sister has 2 daughters living in Amsterdam, so we went to visit them and we went to our name sakes place "The Finnegan's".

The best Irish pub I've been to in the Netherlands. When we walked in, there was a band playing Irish songs and a small crowd singing along and stomping feet, much like what you'd see in a movie.

The food here was also quite good. I had the steak which was properly good with a creamy and good pepper sauce. The wings were also good, but wish they had more bbq sauce on them. The cheesecake was a bit too heavy for my taste.

They also had a special Two Chefs Brulee Bok beer which was amazing. I recommend it if you want a more sweet dark beer.

Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere here and would visit again!

Fantastic pub. Great decor. Loads of drinks, amazing burgers and deserts. I recommend the brownie ice-cream, which is a brownie with brownie ice-cream!

Good music, great mood, awesome veriety of drinks and affordable quality food

That is for sure the best grilled Hamburger. I love the taste of barbecue Burger. If you go to Appeldorn, dont borher to search anything else to eat, just go for the Burger and ur gonna thank me later.

This was the best hamburger that we've eaten in Europe! The fries are also good, but fries are dependably good in the Netherlands. We also had the cheesecake for dessert, and it got a two-thumbs up rating as well.

The only place they have Guinness in Apeldoorn. Five stars.

Great burgers, great beer, good price and nice and cozy

We have been coming to this pub for 20 years now and it still never fails to impress. Great food, amazing staff, fantastic location. Who could ask for more? A must anytime day or night for a chilled out drink with friends and a brilliant spot to watch the world go by...

Nice beers and good burgers!

Great atmosphere, awesome service, good food & drinks. Food portions are very ample: main course, half a dessert and a few drinks and you are stuffed silly. Not too expensive. Visited on a easy Sunday. Music level was just right: not too loud, but you could easily carry on a private conversation with your table. Would very much recommend!

Lovely place with An amazing atmosphere

This place has already brought me a lot of happy memories. It's sometimes so full you have nowhere to sit, but people come and go all the time. The atmosphere here is amazing, you can really feel those good ol' pub vibes when you're in there. The staff is friendly and speaks English well. The food and drinks are both excellent, especially the lamb stew, brownies and cheesecake are recommended. Hope you have a fun time there, because I sure did!

Had a burger and beer. Relaxed atmosphere, no pushy waiters or overly drunk ppl. Music is not to loud or to soft either. Just a professionally run pub

Good food, a solid selection of drinks, friendly service. The special beers are a little bit pricy.

Best brownies in Apeldoorn. The service is very good and the ambiance is sublime, but the brownies alone definitely make it worth visiting. Absolutely top tier.
