Old English Superstore

They’ve got really great bread and some stuff you won’t easily see in other stores. I’d say they have this classic English feel to things.

Nice and "portable" place for grocery shopping.
The bakery makes lovely bread and other pastries.

I go to Old English Superstore to get their bread only, that bread tastes very different.

Not exaggerating, you will not want any other bread after tasting Old English bread. It comes in sliced and unsliced, and it cost N500.

It is always freshly made, very soft and it last for days without going bad. All you need with this bread is a cup of chilled beverage or drink, thank me later😋.

I have shopped at the supermart once but can't really say how affordable the supermart is.

Old English Superstore on Isaac John street GRA Ikeja is one of the numerous branches of the retail outlet of the supermarket . This particular branch is newly opened and it is stocked with variety of items ranging from household materials to anything you can think of in a supermarket. The staff here are full of life.

I came here to buy slice bread and I most confess that they see e the best bread. It's succulent, fresh, less sugar, very healthy.

Old English bread is truly unique. So unique that I drive 13km from Surulere to the shop at Ikeja just to buy their bead in different offerings.

My father in law prefers their wheat bread above any other. I buy all manner of of the different ones they bake.

And the way they have maintained consistent quality in like 4 years that I've been a customer is phenomenal.

This i will give 5stats, and my husband also love it, only i couldn't take one than one, will surely continue to have this whenever am close if the quality taste, texture and originality of it is always maintained

However, Old English Store needs to follow the covid 19 regulations. People on the line to pay don't have enough social distancing...not good!

Old English has really good pastries that come at a pocket friendly price. The store has been divided into two parts, giving easy access for people who want to get other stuff. There is a sizable parking space outside and the environment is serene.

This store is chock full of items...a first glance may deceptively make you think all you would get here would be run of the mill items but a second walk through and you see things you didn't realise you need...
They have a bakery where they bake and sell their own bread as well as some of the most yummy plain doughnuts I have come across...

Best bread in Lagos at the moment. It's almost a no-brainer when it comes to buying bread in my house. Just drove 6.5km to buy bread and they've got a variety.
Also, they've started pastries and they taste great too.
