Scammed in plain sight. The sales attendant instisted on testing my charger after I paid for it. He then removed all packaging and swapped it out for a used, broken one after confirming that the charger worked. A 2nd staff member distracted me while this was all happening. I left the store and an hour later when I arrived at home, I realized that the charger was switched/ swapped. I called the number on the receipt, and there was no answer. I feel violated, and extremely disgusted

We got 3 children tabs that they claimed was the best and had warantee cover, in less than 2 weeks one of them went bad. I visited them hoping waranterle will cover, they gave me story that its power issue and warantee doesnt cover and this they didnt say when we were buying each at almost 65k. They collected and sent me a bill of 15k and when i investigated from their supplier , i was told they could wave it if the want to maintain good customer service or atleast reduced it. Hmmm they collected 15k from me to a peraonal account. I will never go there again and i recommend pls dont go there. They are frauds.
