Better just that i baught a Clipper with 11k price tag but was charged 12k due to lack of fairness. In their tag.

I wish they tag the materials or their goods directly to avoid misunderstanding

I had such a horrible experience and I vowed never to come back. I've been to various supermarkets around the country and I've never had such an experience.
The price tag are not well arranged, the customer service was bad and the salespeople that day were outrightly rude. I really needed the stuff that day that's why I still bought them despite the situation. The annoying thing is they didn't have what I was looking for, so I had to spend more time searching for it. When I was about paying, I don't if he was the manager and I don't care, maybe he was trying to tell me they have a working CCTV camera cause I still can't understand the audacity he had, to tell me that I've been in the store for so long and I have been checking prices of items. Like I don't understand, so I should just buy anything that I don't need or want, just because I don't want anyone to think I'm window shopping. Smh😪 sometimes I want to make excuse for them that maybe it was the way I was dressed but there's really no excuse for bad manners. The HRM is suppose to train their staff on customer service management, and also the segments should be well arranged and the prices should be shown properly.
