It's located along Gbongan/Osogbo Road, Beside Ladsol Water. Their rooms are decent. They have an event hall in the compound with parking space.

The hotel is not accessible to people with disabilities. If you are a lover of variety you may not find their food amazing. They barely cleaned my room for the 5 days I stayed. Their front desk staff are not polite. They kept broken shelves in their room, some of their lights are working. Their room is quite affordable about 14,000 naira if you are staying for more than 3 days. If you don't have so much expectations it's a good place for you.

When we are talking about Hotel with decent environment with maximum security, white plain and tower is what we are referring to, they have standard Air conditioner and they operate 24hrs services, it's along Osogbo-ilobu road Alekuwodo Osun State,You can also have conference meeting and it's a place you can organize for your next occasion

The address on the map is incorrect. I kept following the map being my first time in Oshogbo, and literally drove past the hotel. Kindly review this immediately.

Poor hospitality, imagine paying 15,000 for a room and power supply was out since 12 noon and all i could hear was that they only turn on the generator by 6pm come 6pm another excuse that they don't have diesel and that they will get diesel available by 7pm . They should just tell us they run an hotel just lile a typical home in Nigeria whereby generator can only be turned on by 7pm. Extremely poor hospitality. So sure the generator will be turned off by 6am tomorrow if the electricity wasn't restored before then
