My New favorite location
I found items that I didn’t know I could find in Benin . Like caramel drops and Bath Foam Spray and I am absolutely delighted and i returned again to get the Medix lotion and they had the exact one I wanted .

Market Square Sapele is an Amazing mall with a lot of goods and wares at amazing prices. The isles are very arranged and well stocked... Doa well to look up to the roof to find section by section listings (i.e what each isle has in terms of wares and the likes) The bread and snacks there os amazing also, always fresh. And from my experience their customers service is well above average. The queues at night can be very long when trying to get to the cashier and also during festive seasons... But above all its a great place to ahop.

You can get all your groceries at market square. Beside the mall is Kilimanjaro and their baked foods are the best. They also have great staffs

Lovely place to get most of your personal and home needs.

I had a remarkable experience, as always. The environment is serene and always clean. You're sure to get major household items, beauty/body care products, supplies, drinks, interior decor, food, etc. It's just a well package ease for shopping all in one place. 👍🏼

The food was soo delicious and it was just difficult to make a choice... the icecream was amazing!!! The pizza was the bomb and out of this world! Think everyone should get some experience of this place whenever they around here. I keep dreaming of the food in this place.

Introduction
Peptic ulcer disease (PUD) is uncommon in pregnancy and pureperium. Pregnancy creates several difficulties in the diagnosis and management of peptic ulcers. Firstly the symp- toms of PUD (nausea, vomiting epigastric discomfort) are also quite common in pregnancy, secondly diagnostic tests for PUD in the general population (upper gastrointestinal series X-rays and esophagogastroduodenoscopy EGD) are only performed with great hesitancy in pregnancy, and thirdly some drugs used in the general population for PUD (e.g., misoprostol) are contraindicated in pregnancy. Nevertheless prompt diagnosis and timely management of PUD in pregnancy are essential as complications can result in quite significant morbidity or even mortality for the patient. We present an interesting case of perforated duodenal ulcer in the puerperium.
2. Case
A 27-year-old primiparous patient presented to our unit when she was 38-week pregnant with the complaint of recurrent episodes of vomiting, general malaise, back pain, and vague lower abdominal discomfort. Pregnancy had been uneventful until then. She had attended antenatal clinic

Accessible wheel parking and entrance.
I noticed pictures of employee of the quarter on the wall while shopping, and I asked one of the managers to point them to me, he had no Idea what I wanted to do maybe commend them or give them a gift (smiles), he didn't take me seriously and somehow those 2 hardworking chaps missed what I wanted to give them. Hope the manager or supervisor (not sure) doesn't deprived such persons of good things they deserve and have earned.
