Experience was average. I had to wait for hours before I could see the customer support, and on top of that people were entering without joining the queue. And when you get inside the bank you will have to queue again to see the customer support. It took almost 5 hours to be done. They need to employ more productive staffs to the bank

The banking hall isn't large enough but it's fine, it can house enough people when there's no rush... But needs expansion, customer service is awesome and staffs friendly... Its a nice place
