Only branch of Guarantee Trust bank 🏦 plc in katsina main town. It is located very close to the road and they are open Mondays to Fridays. They recently just reconstructed the building making it a duplex with up and down office spaces and they offer western union services

Guaranty trust Bank, GTB, is one of top tech and customer centered service bank in Nigeria. Although, due to limited branches, the banking hall and ATM lounge is often crouded . Their e terminal (internet banking and mobile SMS *737#) are better alternative than transacting in the hall. The bank need to open more shops(branch) at Osogbo to ease burden of their numerous customers.

Generally great bank with efficient Internet banking, customer experience is always bad with long que being that it's the only branch in the city, ATMs not always available as mentions 24/7 and not spacious banking area at all.

Am one of their clients coz I have an account with them, they are manageable but not too good.

The bank seems to be closed most times I visit and the ATM is either not functioning at all or only one functioning with a lot of people on the queue. If this can be fixed, and more branches open in Osogbo, as the second branch in stadium road is far away from Ogo-Oluwa axis
