I’ve used this hotel for more than 10 years now, yesterday closes that chapter for me.
Hotel is overtly now too expensive and grossly underwhelming for the prices it now offer.
Cheapest room goes for 20,000, non negotiable. Every single 20K room there needs a facelift. First one I was given smelt so bad, even the hotel staff could not go inside. The second I was taken to wasn’t much better, but I was too tired to argue or reject. The restroom NEEDS an upgrade.
For the meals, a badly cooked Noddles and one table water went for 4,850.
A plate of rice; N7,000.

If you must stay in this hotel, go for the higher rooms, especially if they won’t fix the cheaper rooms. Don’t let the exterior of this hotel or the outfit of the staffers deceive you, this hotel requires a facelift, especially with their new pricing.

I’ve stayed in this same hotel 6 times between Jan 2023 and yesterday.

I call it a big for nothing. Old fashioned furniture, smelly rooms, dirty armchairs, I saw tiny cockroaches in the bathroom. The staff are unprofessional, arrogant and very slow. I've never seen such rude staff in any hotel I've stayed as these ones. Got food poisoning from their kitchen, still treating myself. It's a NO NO for me. Do something about your hotel, and staff please!
