St Andrew's Cathedral Church is the headquarters for all the Anglican churches in Church of Nigeria Anglican Communion, Owo Diocese.

The foundation stone for the building of the Cathedral was laid by Bishop S. O. Odutola on the 7th October, 1960. The church building was completed and dedicated on 29th August, 1970 by Bishop O. S. Okunsaya.

St Andrew's Cathedral Church has a guest house within the compound, a primary school, a diocesan Boy's Brigade building, etc.

The edifice is a beauty to behold. The church has a pipe organ for use during worship.

The Rt Rev Dr Stephen Ayodeji Fagbemi Ph.D (Kent) is the current Bishop of the Diocese.
