GTBank is one of the biggest banks in Nigeria, their service is not bad, they have one of the best customers care, I really like the imitation they push into banking, but they have relax this day, they think ahead of other banks, they are the only bank in Nigeria that has an ATM outlet where you can pay in and collect cash without going to the bank or using POS, now they have a machine that print ATM card for you with going into the banking hall. I just wish they keep raising the standard of bank in Nigeria. They are prompt in responding to issue on X (former twitter)

The only GT Bank in the area, hence it gets a lot of people visiting it daily. And can be crowded from time to time
But it gets the job done
There's a 24hr ATM so that's good

Customer service is very good. I've witness some selfless services of some employees. They receive their customers well and I think they do a lot to handle the pressure and different characters of customers (you know what I mean). They sometimes even work overtime. I believe they have dedicated and hardworking staff.

I think it's the only branch in Ipaja, so they tend to have a lot of people and long queues, but I believe they try their best.

Crowdy, confused banking hall as usual (you have to ask directions for everything)

The highlight was having to use the card vending machine. It was fast and seamless. No filling of form(s), activation and reactivation hassle, none of that!

In less than 5 mins (excluding waiting time on the queue), I was able to print out a new ATM card.

2. Be a previous card owner.

Most times I visited this branch, it's never crowded and I do carry out my transactions with ease. Usually spend less than 30 minutes in the banking hall.

Professional services rendered with high class customer service. Although smaller banking hall compared to the customers in attendance, customers were orderly and service was timely.

If you are in a hurry to get things done at Gtbank, it won't work. You have to be patient.
The only solution to not waiting for too log is to be there ontime to write your name in a paper which will be used to correctly order customers into the bank.

Yes, they are doing well, they need improvement in term of network, imagine an ATM gallery that has eight mechine, non will be working, at that time you need cash badly, like what happened today at Ipaja branch, non of the mechine was working more than an hour. I give gtbank %65.

Great customer service. There's usually influx of people in this branch due to the fact that GT is People's Bank and apart from that, there's no really option of other banks in the environs. They manage the crowd real well and this has help people spend less time in the banking hall. It also has ATM gallery, this branch is serving the whole of Ipaja well.

The building is big enough to hold crowd, enough staff too, but lack a bit off control .
