Great welcoming from the Reception point as Immigration personnel are on ground to guide you.... Thou it's time consuming which can be improved on as some processes can be digitised

The passport collection and data capturing process is quite disorganized. They need to improve on their processes.

Very poor passport collection process. Crowded & disorganized. After 4 hours waiting, you are told to come another day. How can two canopies be filled and many standing just to collect passport? It doesn’t seem they have the capacity to change here. Why can’t there be at least six screens where enrollment Numbers can be displayed for those ready for collection? It’s the same screen at airports where you check flights. The process of dropping slips inside a basket and someone comes to scream names and then deliver passport and then they have to queue up again just for signing out is cumbersome and unnecessary. This double waiting needs to be scrapped and combined into one process. Also people should have electronic clocking in time and clocking out. With this the head of the place will know how they are performing. They work hard but not smart!
