Excellent service and polite staff. I arrived at 6:45 for a 7:00 appointment. There were staff all around to provide assistance. I was done and out of the gate by 9:15. I recommend

Booking was online but after payment you don’t get a confirmation on the website or email, you have to print a receipt of your bank payment and take it to the centre to show as proof of payment. Everything was smooth and orderly. My appointment was for 7:30am and I was done and got my certificate by 12:15pm

The place is well organised, you will only be allowed to enter if you have an appointment here. If you are escorting or accompanying someone they won't allowed you rather you will go and wait at their parking lot. Even as at now you must still use ur nose mask to enter.

I observed high level of organisation inside here. Staff were really lovely and busy like bees. They were so keen to attend to clients.

There is a room for improvement of the customer service via a simple CRM architecture.

I love the environment and the activities there are well organized.
The environment is clean and conducive for everyone including children and adolescents. It is good to book early hours appointment and also try to get there earlier. The registration and test process are fast. But the result do take time to be ready for collection.
It can take up to 2 hours or more for the collection of results.

Highly organized, most of the staffs are respectful, calm and helpful. The facility is easily accessible by the roadside at Isaac John Ikeja G.R.A. there's a separate packing lot, but be prepared to pay btw N500-1,000 ($1). Facility is well equipped but overstretched due to the number of applicants so be prepared to stay up to 4-6hours. If you are coming from a far place especially with children, pack up for your kids. There's a restaurant within the premises. It's refreshing to see that the staffs are happy to serve you without expecting bribe/tips. Generally you will be satisfied with the service.

They are well organized and this helps to make the whole process a stress free one. The workers there are very lovely and always ready to answer all your questions nicely.

It is located in a serene environment.

This organization is better than their counterpart (who usually misdiagnose) for US immigration services. The best way to get appointment is to walk in (don't bother calling or checking online). If you want a hassle-free medical examination for your US embassy interview, use this center.

This was a case of not believing every review. I read the reviews about this place and was disappointed. In short I prepared myself for a long wait. Surprisingly, the hospital was orderly, neat, they kept to time and I was out of there before I knew it. The best thing about this place was the information they kept passing out. They were willing to explain and give knowledge about all the procedures. The doctor that attended to us, the Male nurse and the lab technician were wonderful. They really encouraged my son. Thumbs up to IOM and thank you.

I think its a great place. And the doctors n nurses are really friendly n nice to people. They also offer services of helping returnees get back on their feet either by helping them start up a business or paying their childrens fees or rent. The applicants who come to do their medicals are usually much and they various doctors n nurses for each country to supposedly going to. Eg uktb, canada, us, etc. Overall its a great place

Great, friendly and efficient staff, professional Doctors and nurses, conducive environment. Proper and prompt directions when confused.

They should work on more sitting spaces. But all in all, great experience.

A Well organized and adequate security guard to direct.
