Presken Hotel @ K-One

The hotel is strategically located about 10 minutes or so away from the airport. The room was clean, and the sheets were changed the next day. The staff were courteous. My only complaint was that I believe the hotel had been fumigated a day or before my arrival, and the room was reeking of it. Other than that, I had a good experience.

I love the serenity of the place, the staff were all friendly especially one of their receptionist, who was always smiling. The swimming pool was very neat and private. Their food was great as well It's a place is want to go to if you need to get away from the hustling and bustling, and it's really affordable.

I had a good time lodging at Presken Hotel @K-one, Staffs are friendly and accommodating. It felt like a home away from home. I'm definitely coming back. Thumbs up for the good service.

Location was very quiet and peaceful and the staff were very friendly and courteous. The only issue that concerned me was that I noticed that the staff work 24 hour shifts every other day. Personally, I don't think this is good for them nor for the management.

The rooms were beautiful, and I especially loved the comfy pillows, and the sleep lights. My room came with free WiFi and a complimentary meal which I loved. The staff and the entire layout of the hotel shows great deal of attention to guests' comfort. If the bathrooms looked half as good as the rooms, it'd be a full 5 star from me!

I'm quite impressed with the service at Presken. This would be my second visit though. It's quite astonishing that a 4 storey building could have an elevator in this time and age in Nigeria where most things are dysfunctional. I really appreciate the fact that provision is made for people with disability and also women not having to climb the stairs despite irregular electricity. The power outage would only happen for a fraction of seconds when switching over to generator as i enjoyed my aircondition in the room. The receptionists are quite cordial and the hotel prices are affordable even in Ikeja. I have not tasted the food yet 🤔. Really nice

Spent about 2 days with my wife there few days ago.
We were lodged at one of the Deluxe rooms on the 4th floor.
Nice wallpaper, neat room and beddings, courteous staff.
I am happy to visit again if I have to be in Ikeja.

We had a great time there. Constant electricity and high-speed Internet service. There was cab service to the airport and was quite affordable

As far as I’m concerned,presken hotel@k one is one of the best hotel and good value for money in fact,1 thing I paid less and get more
My room was upgraded and everything about the hotel is beautiful

I'm giving this hotel a 5 ecause I enjoyed my stay here. The staffs are very well mannered,the meal was superb and for just N2000,its a huge points scored. They had constant electricity the whole time.
The only place I think they need improvement is with some minor facility correction like the sliding door in the shower was faulty although it's not a big deal but a hotel this standard should pay attention to it.

Impressive hospitality and attention to the little details that matter and it's all on a budget off the regular.

The bathroom was neat with Fresh Hand and Bath towels which I admired. The Air Conditioner in the room works like the Russian weather and to think there was bathroom supplies and tea if you felt like it with an Electric kettle on standby right on the table top refrigerator.

Awesome place to be, the manager is simply accommodating, Mr. Kayode, It's a home away from home.. the food is supper. Chai, the pepper soup is just the best, can't wait to have that serve again

Very comfortable for the price. Serene environment and clean. Everything works. The staff are courteous. I will recommend this hotel for anyone travelling as its very close to the Airport.

This place is cool, exclusive and nice place, you will live it when you spent a night there. The workers are so nice and welcoming too. I enjoyed my time there.
