EFEX Executive Hotel

This is a Two storey building. The ground floor has EFEX Bus Service. They have buses that travel from Lagos to Benin daily.

The 1st floor has a restaurant. There is a big signage of the Restaurant but it wasn’t functioning as at the time of my visit in July 2019.

The 2nd floor has the EFEX Executive hotel where I stayed. I added the hotel to Google maps and was approved.

So my review will be for the EFEX Executive hotel (on the 2nd Floor) not the EFEX bus Company (on the ground Floor)

EFEX EXECUTIVE HOTEL
It’s great to have a hotel to stay in when you arrive Lagos late at night after travelling by road. Most transporters will pass Ojota before ending their journey at Jibowu, Yaba. So a hotel in Ojota is a good deal. Also, in the morning, you have access to buses (both BRT and regular buses) going to every part of Lagos. I was able to use the Lagos BRT for the first time to CMS; an enjoyable experience.

LIKES
A hotel in Ojota is better than in Jibowu.
Access to buses all day.
Access to transporters in the morning at the nearby Motor Park. (But go to Jibowu if you want Siennas.)
Busy night market in front of the hotel.
Hotel tariff is from 5,000 to 10,000. Affordable.

DISLIKES
The bathroom is very tiny.
The water in the bathroom is brownish.

Just meet my need as I wanted a good but low cost hotel, and I was ok with what I got.

An upgrade is needed in the Hotel,
