This bank branch has two ATM's that are most times dispensing cash. The premises has ample car parking space. Transactions take place on the first floor. The service is great. Customer service unit are friendly and efficient. The tellers are smart. Hardly is there a queue.

But best you go in the morning otherwise you'll have quite some waiting to do.

The banking hall is quiet, nice and less busy. The customer service could be quite slow in attending to you. I went here to make inquiry about product.

It's okay, however, the service is a little bit slow.

I've had the most unfortunate experience I've had at a bank in recent times. Here is a top tier bank in Nigeria at whose customer care cubicle, customers stand while bank CC agent sits.... I am utterly baffled. A bank that does not have a suggestion box or a means to leave suggestions.... I'm confused. This is the 21st century after all. I don't believe in 2018 service delivery should still be stuck in 1992; especially for an establishment that survives on clients hard earned money, to ask me to stand for the duration of my inquiry while you sit and lounge is just baffling. On the up side, the agent was very helpful and knowledgeable, and answered most questions thrown at him.

So I have to goto this branch 2x and always meet tired and aggressive customer care, even though it was 8,9am respectively they can't reply without harsh voice and the worse i didn't even get my issues fixed, ask them to help reset my bank pass and she was like you can do it on your phone but yet the app keep misbehaving until 2days later being today Sunday.

Not impressed at all, the bank don't always have crowd but somehow the customer care are always tired 🙄

Am satisfied with the banks card usage online that's why am still banking here.

Frozed my account for no reason.
