Access Bank - Ojodu Berger Branch

Had contact with two customer care staffs, Stella and Funke. Menu, they were wonderful. They went the extra length in making sure they found a solution to my problem regarding online transaction problems.

The bank is actually nice with the best customer service so far as I have seen, but there's a lot of people at the bank either at the entrance or inside the bank it self, but the bank is okay.

This branch has a state of the art banking facilities and their customer care services are okay. There are no much ques when I visited and they attend to you within a space of few minutes. Very fast services.

It's a neighbourhood bank at Ojodu Berger. Quite very nice staff there as they can be very helpful.
The only issues I encounter with the bank are; long queues waiting to get into the bank, because they are always very very busy and packed. Though they provide a chair and canopy, but sometimes, the wait can be weary.
Secondly, their ATMs are never always dispensing cash, thereby causing long queues and frustrated customers almost every time. It's now like a natural plague. Those issues need to be fixed and ASAP.
