Visited the hospital during the cash scarcity era, when almost all Nigerian banks had issues with the network.

Transferred to the hospital account and got debited twice which was very normal around that time and everytime it happens the people I transferred to would confirm they got the monies and refund instantly.

The hospital attendant and receptionist couldn’t confirm any of the payments cause the admin who receives the alert isn’t available.

I left the facility and a few days later, someone from the hospital called to confirm they got the alert twice and would refund after a few days. It’s over 2 months now and I keep hearing different stories.

If an hospital can’t be faithful in little and not so significant things like this, they shouldn’t be trusted with one’s life and health.

The staff especially the receptionist was very rude. She was reluctant to call Mansard for confirmation and had me place the call. Very poor service
