The Young Park Jibowu

I am so disappointed at the Young Shall Grow Motors. I and my sister was at the Jibowu park to airway bill some personal effects down to Owerri and they asked for the sum of 60k but we told them we can only pay 50k and the vehicle was to take off on Friday and arrive on Saturday morning say 10am but after paying for the goods, they did not put our goods in that bus, it was on Wednesday I my sister had to go to their Jibowu office and ask them what the problem was she then found out that the goods did not go with that vehicle so she has to tell them that she's not leaving their office until they load the goods in the vehicle arriving for Thursday morning. Now it end there, the bags were searched and some items removed, as I speak with you one bag containing my dad's wife clothes is missing and we're yet to receive it. The Young Shall Grow Motors should know that if anything happens to that bag, they will pay for the things I side that bag because I don't know why you will pay for a delivery and you won't see your items the way you parked them. It's so painful and am not happy about their service. Am not happy. THE YOUNG SHALL GROW NEED TO FIND MY BAG ANS DELIVER IT TO OWERRI FOR PICK-UP.

I was not particularly looking for anything.
