Fidelity Bank Plc - Aguda Branch

There are atm machines for use if u don't want to enter the bank, or when closed.

Despite the fact that I bank with them,their service is fantastic, they are loving and ready to do business with you at anytime, I just love their way.

They are fast in doing money transaction..would like to back with them ..how I do it

One of the 5 banks close to each other on Enitan Street. It has a large amount of space covered. Working ATM always and dispensing. Parking space within and outside the premises without obstructing ongoing traffic. Quick attendance to customers. All other financial transactions occur within.

Everything is great except that the security man at the door seems too old and untrained for the job. He's not polite atall.

The girls at that customers service desk are very slow especially the fine fair one always walking up and down like she came for fashion show. I came there on Tuesday to complain no responds after wasting 2hrs and I was answered in a sarcastic manner . On Wednesday I was kept under an umbrella under hot sun for more than an hour I had to leave the bank because the people I met there were all there complaining there no movement.
And yes your waiting chair in the bank is bad very very bad and very uncomfortable to sit on.
