A very good and conducive place for reading.

It contains about 750,000 book to read.

It indeed a place for learning.

It has numerous numbers of sits and rooms to read.

It has enough computers for research in the building.

With my experience in this library, I can actually say it's of standard and the best library. The highest level of decorum is maintained here and very peaceful and quiet to study read. It is well managed by the management and staffs. It undergoes constant renovation and some of recent now. But the not good part is it does not run for 24 hours 🤭. It's quite close to humanities building, Amphitheater, motion ground and Senate building on OAU campus.

Hezekiah oluwasanmi library is obafemi Awolowo University general library for all OAU students both undergraduate and postgraduate students, it's located at motion ground and very close to Amphi theater / ODLT / oduduwa hall.
It's very convenient to read but if care is not taken you sleep off while trying to read in the library due to convenience

Point to note:
1. Only students who has done and completed their library registration are allowed to use the library
2. It opes 8:00 am and closes 9:30 pm on Monday - Friday while time varies foe weekend use

It's the Obafemi Awolowo University main Library. It contains E-library, undergraduate, postgraduate and academic staff sections including the principal's offices. You must have a valid means of Identification before you can be allowed into the facility. You can also print and make photocopies of whatever book sections that interest you. You can find past students projects in the library, the past projects can be accessed on demand. No food is allowed in the facility. The library normally operates from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am till 4:00 pm and 24/7 during exams periods. It's a nice place.

A standard library designed and built by the Federal Government of Nigeria for one of the best and most popular universities in the country. Hezekiah Oluwasanmi Library is cited within the center of Obafemi Awolowo University campus. The library is neat, decent and conducive for studying as well as for research purposes.

A good place to visit and read when there is a lecture break. It's standard library which creates a perfect environment to assimilate what is been read. It has all the features of a standard library.

he Hezekiah Oluwasanmi Library, consists of two multi-storey wings strategically located in the heart of the campus. It has a seating capacity of 2,500 with the availability of On-line Internet access to books and journals. It is a depository for the publications of The United Nations and its Agencies including UNESCO, ILO and ECA.As at November 2004, the holdings of the Library were 645,553 volumes covering various disciplines and research areas. A digitization project of the theses, Newspapers and some historical documents is in progress. In addition to the Central Library there are faculty and departmental Libraries. Inter library services are also available.

The Obafemi Awolowo Hezekiah Oluwasanmi Library (HOL), founded in the year 1961, is an academic library and renders services to staffs and students through a number of service points which include Circulation desk, Reference desk, Catalogue, Reading rooms, Day reserve, Serials, Orders, Africana, Government Document, Information Communication & Technology (ICT) Section and Reprography.
