Fidelity Bank converted to a commercial bank in the year 1999 in an attempt to grow, as a private limited company and became a Public Limited Company also in the year 1999, in the month of August. It re-branded to Fidelity Bank Plc that year.
The bank maintains a large network of interconnected branches in all Nigerian states and major cities in Nigeria. Currently has 240 business offices and 774 ATMs.
Fidelity bank is one of the best bank across The country and this particular branch is in good hands and which the service they render is top notch. The customer service here is the best I have seen. They offer all kinds of banking transactions and it is very reliable to get your cash back at anytime with Atm or you cheque book. Come one come all and carry out your daily transactions.

They should increase the people at the customer service!! It stressful when you are waiting for two slow people who are hungry and tired,so to help both employers and customers, please add more attendants at the customer care area

The building looks good though but the interior space isn't well air-conditioned thus making transacting business very uncomfortable. It was rowdy and the personnel look totally overwhelmed as well as out of control to handle customers on ground. Meanwhile, the upper floor is well air-conditioned and banking situations there seem to be under control.

Outdoor functional ATM. Reliable. The bank is very close to Auchi poly
