This place was recently renovated ..now looking tush,classy and clean

They now have a FURNITURE shop upstairs

It is a good place for foreigners to shop and sort for the kind of food stuff they eat in their various countries

For me its the best place for shopping in kaduna

This place has all the foodstuffs that expatriate(white people)needs, you might not get expatriates kind of food in the market or some supermarket in kaduna. But in dalema you will see all their kinds of food there,i mean white man foodstuffs (oyibo food stuffs) all is there

First time here even with my long stay in this state. I was thoroughly impressed by the environment and the availability of most items.

Although size is quite smaller than the average Shoprite, I think we can make do with this place in the meantime.

What can’t you find at dalema seriously. And this is based on my experience several years ago! It’s even better and more advanced with the recent renovations

One of the best shopping mall in kaduna state…

This is actually my Las busstop for catering items when I'm out of options and most times they always come to my rescue. Not too pricey also.

Good place to shop for household stuff

Been going ever since I was a child..Rich in provisions and groceries but the pastries are their staples and did I mention absolutely delicious (as a baker myself i would love to get a hand on their special recipes!)

I have been shopping here for seven years now. I am an American living in Nigeria and I can buy many food items that are familiar to
me. The staff are very nice and helpful- if I want an item that they do not carry they will special order it for me so I can buy it regularly. The bakery items are the best in Nigeria.

Dalema supermarket is one of the biggest shopping mall in kaduna where you can buy a wide variety of foods, beverages, groceries items, household products and lots more. There goods are organized into sections, to me, is the most beautiful mall right now in kaduna, it's one of the mall where you can find those rare little items you may not find in other supermarkets, it's located at No 70 isa kaita Road Kaduna.

Currently under renovation although in the last phase, it's adequately stocked,they have the best cakes,they put in effort to make shopping convenient and have good customer service.

I really like shopping here. They take cash or use POS machine which is so cool! Then I trust most of the stuff they sell here, whether its cosmetics, home and kitchen appliances, frozen meat and foods or just toiletries, you can take things home and be sure they are good stuff. They check out counter staff are usually nice and they have baggers who help you put tour stuff in a bag. Sometimes they help you to the car. Bought some raisins and they were fresh! Didn't know there were 3 colours of raisins! 😃. Cool place

Personal Assistant

This is the supermarket I have been looking for. I got just about all I wanted. Cheese, coffee beans, mustard, and olives. Their bakery is top notch. I am very picky about bread; the bread at delema has made it to my list. You get consistent taste and hygiene is given huge construction. I like the fact that they readily accept pos payment so you don't handle cash but it also means over spending without remorse. You know that feeling of counting a considerable sum to make payment and feeling bad, with pos that feeling is gone. On a serious note, the place is unimposing and looks underwhelming but please step inside and fine all the India spices you have been looking for. I don't know anywhere else I can get them in Kaduna.
I was considering buying coffee beans from Amazon in the US till I found it at Delema supermarket and boy I now roast and brew my own coffee at home.
Depends on where you live in Kaduna, the location may be far off but the journey is worth every bit. You get all sorts there from provisions, spread, eggs, frozen food, and pastry.
You also get fruits and veggies just outside the place so you can be sure of getting all you need.
On entry into Delema supermarket you can either pick a cart or a basket for your shopping, I then to prefer basket anyway but I see folks wheeling carts even when they just want to restock on tissue paper.
So when you are looking for a one stop shop for your groceries and a little of that exotic item, I believe Delema has you covered.
The road leading to the supermarket is being reconstructed so you may have to take some turning about to get there.
The supermarket is also undergoing remodelling so shopping takes place at an Adjacent building so the experience isn't as great. I believe it temporary anyway.

Best place to buy bread in Kaduna

They do have a lot of varieties, and it is obvious some of the products are imported into the country. Plus, they sell some amazing cakes you v got to try.
