Amazing place

This garden is ok, they have good accommodation, lodging, bar, good restaurant and hospitable.

We came to katsina for some low pay job. We were under serious budget. Most hotels were above our means. We got a very tiny body space room here for N4500.
Room had bathroom with bucket running water.
Purchased Insecticide for mosquito. Treatment

Average place to hangout in Katsina, you can drink beer, eat nkwobi, pepper soup and roasted fish at pump price

What can I say...
There are some places that you don't expect more from but you just suppose they should do better!

This is one such place oh....I am almost certain the whole place was built on less then half a plot, yet they managed to squeeze in over 20 cube like rooms, a bar, a viewing space and a reception.

For one good thing...they have constant power either from PHCN or generator (which by the way is inside one of the rooms). Oh! And I think their pepper soup should be nice cos it almost chocked me with aroma.

Speaking of the cube like rooms....hunmmmm....the making of the wall is a write off (the plastering is not smooth and the painting has been smeared with dirt all over). There is no proper ventilation...even the rooms with ACs (that only operates for few hours at mid night) are no better.
I was amazed to find wraps of condoms and other unidentified dirty behind the bed (see pictures)...very disgusting...and to think that room was cleaned for a new occupant🤔😏. There is no mirror....wait🙄..there is nothing else asides the bed, desk and table, fan, and AC all in a cube!

Well my conclusion of the hotel is that it was built with one night standers in mind! No work travel lodgers...no leisure trip lodgers...just one night stand hustlers! So if you are up for a one night stand quickie...(I sure wouldn't even do a one night stand here😐😒🤢)....then that's the place for you!

Royal Garden is a low class Hotel
