I don't really know the problem with the fidelity bank in alaba int. they are very slow opens very bad network just to get ATM is a problem ok, to generate your pin on the machine another big problem no network some pple even say it's takes weeks before you can generate your pin in the machine and lastly before you can be attended to only God knows when you will leave you have to eat first b4 coming so dat you won't faint no enough workers how can few customers be attending to everybody nd still be d ones to issue an ATM whereas other Banks are not like that.
Honestly it is very frustrating they really need to improve in their management in that alaba.i rest my case.

They start work at 9:00 am not 8:00am and long cue and waste of much time waiting for customer service. The mobile network is too bad in the bank

Why is it that it takes very long for someone money to be credited but you debit immediately when money is been withdrawn is it not nonsense ehhhhhhhh
