LAIM Hotel Osogbo

From the doorman to reception staff and room cleaners I can't fault but the Kitchen....it takes forever and a day to get your food. The mad use of pepper is insane. Would definitely stay again but something needs to change with the kitchen in terms of order-delivery of food.
Great place overall. Shout out to the female chef who goes above and beyond ... her breakfast omelette is spot on ☺ lots of friendly polite yet professional staff.

Lovely hotel. Wasnt expecting this level of hotel in Osogbo. Easily a 4/ 5 star grade hotel. Stayed overnight for event in Ede. Then came back 4 days later and stayed here for an event in Iwo which is about an hour away, but it was worth it!

A very beautiful hotel situated at a good location providing serenity and comfort, it has a standard restaurant with varieties of meal served both local and intercontinental and they have a well constructed pool, a standard gym and many more interesting things at the hotel

The hotel is very clean, secure, and well staffed. The buffet and food is very good. Ordering from the room service seems to be for certain times when the buffet is not available, I'm not sure. The front desk staff are all very nice and helpful. The gym opens at 8am, which is unfortunate for those trying to workout before leaving for activities. All the staff have been polite, respectful, and helpful. My only complaint is the mattress is too hard for mine and my colleague's preferences.

An absolutely eye catching view with a “close to” eko hotel standards. Being here almost feels the same as being in any 5 star hotel in Lagos. Very serene atmosphere with adequate services provided by highly trained workers, one of my favorite places to visit was the restaurant. Would definitely visit again.

It was a nice experience, a serine environment and can literally say this is the best hotel in osun state.

The hotel is a serene environment with world class facilities. Nice fixtures and fittings in the rooms and other areas. Excellent service from all the staff I must say. Well equipped gym and swimming pool. Restaurant loaded with a wide variety of dishes and they also offer buffet in the mornings and on Sundays. You’ll get your money’s worth.

I was very impressed with the staff and customer service. Would love to see rooms for two come with more than one towel at a time. The gym instructor/lifeguard was helpful. The food was delicious!

Very lovely place. Shame its not in Abuja or Lagos. Will definitely give top names a very good run for their money. The hotel's structure is very detailed and beautiful. The attention of the landscaping is also amazing. Now for some details, let me start with the best, the hotel's HVAC system. Its simply the best and most modern I've seen in an hotel, and I've been to some of the best in a few countries and in Nigeria. You don't get that uncomfortable feel of the AC blast but yet the climate is very controlled, even in the lobby. From the smart touch controllers to the beautiful vents, you'll probably not have a better HVAC experience. Same with their custom hospitality TVs and audio systems, both in the hall and all over the hotel. Next is the kitchen. You'd expect that for such a city, you'd get the local dishes and not much more. Not true! I got a full menu of continental dishes mixed with some local ones and their taste was sumptuous. A third strong point of the hotel is their wonderful staff. After some teething minutes, you'd think we'd known each other for a long while. They were pleasant and ready to make things work for us at our event. And that's how it was across their security staff, front desk staff and even management staff. But of course, I'll point out some drawbacks, one of which is the seemingly convoluted process to get changes. It seemed almost like there was a lot of red tape-ism and too long to get the changes. Another thing the hotel needs to work on is their limited and poor Internet access in the rooms at the upper floors. Lastly, who has a hall without a podium and a spare microphone?
Don't mind me, but I look at stuff like that.
All in all, though you'll enjoy yourself.

Definitely a great hotel to stay. Arrived at night, the well lit exterior and the bag check (especially as it was election season in Osun State) gave a really comforting feeling about security.
For the price, it’s value for money. The rooms are spacious with more than enough storage space. With a lovely view from the 3rd floor.
The bathroom facilities were also great, especially having a hot shower with consistent pressure for a good while….
The breakfast buffet was a good spread, we were spoilt for choice.
They sure do have great staff members, they enjoyed our banter and were ready to assist.
In all, I really enjoyed my stay. Hope I need to visit Oshogbo again!!!

The leading road should be looked into..

Ambience, latest hotel gadgets and exquisite furnishing. This hotel is 100%, security is also super tight. I loved it here, they also have this big court outside. Standard room was around 40-45k, the fact that there’s an hotel like this In osogbo even makes it better

The best hotel in the western part of Nigeria in all ramifications. I have lodged in the best. LIAM beats the best! I will suggest the hotel management maintain and sustain the high standard with which the hotel is valued by it teeming patronage. The rooms are large. The bathroom is well proportioned with at best the latest ceramics tiles, toilet facility and very large shower cubicle. The wardrobe is so huge it took almost 75% of the wall where located. The service is per excellent. Very warm and friendly staff. The security was quite tight too. Guests have to go through metal detector/scanner similar to those existing in international airports. Never seen this in most hotels around the world, however LIAMS ensure its guests sleep with both eyes closed.

Liam hotel is an exotic hotel with beautiful rooms and commendable art. In all honesty, surprised to see such a place in Oshogbo. The structures and facilities are finely built with top notch customer service. The only problem I had was no directives to reach the front desk and other services like the kitchen. But in all, a worthy place. I’m impressed👍🏾

Its a nice facility in Osogbo, the breakfast is nice. The ambient is welcoming and the staff are professional. Its well secured and has a large parking space. The rooms are spacious and the meal taste nice.
