P.S: this is a general review for all Hotels in Oyo.
If you're looking for value for your money, Le Masik is the closest to that at a minimum room fee of 35k.
House G performed way below expectation with a minimum of 30k room.
I was allowed to pay 20k as a first timer, but if I had the choice of time, I wouldn't have paid 10k for the accommodation I got.

Service was good, the staff was polite.
However, every other thing was just basic.
Electricity is terrible in Oyo, so hotels use fueled generators, ergo, AC will not work most of the time (when there's no electricity), all the socket except one will not work; so you have to rotate the charging of your appliances.
There's a general water heating system which is severely suboptimal; I had my bath at 9am and hot water was exhausted.
As you can see in attached video, the shower doesn't work, the water basin leaks back into the bathroom. This is the most terrible of what I experienced.

One particular thing that bugged me was that there was no complementary breakfast. I've never stayed in a #15k+ priced room without complementary breakfast.

Anyway, there you have it.
If you want class, just go to Le Masik, it's the tallest hotel in Oyo.
If you can't afford that, just go to other lower priced hotels.
You get similar value across board.
