I was so surprised to see such a big, clean and spacious complex. A lot of empty shops though, I think it’s still relatively new

Its a Spacious Commercial Facility, strategically located between Ajah & Lagos Business School in Eti-Osa Local Government Area of Lagos State.

HFP is a well designed complex, with a spacious parking and pedestrian route. It's quite at the center of excellence where you don't need to think about Lagos traffic before you drive in. I love HFP complex. More people will come to know HFP Eastline Shopping Complex

Not fully occupied shopping complex of over 3000 shops (6m X 4m = 24SqM)strategic location opposite Abraham Adesanya Estate, Ajah.
I think It's not fully occupied because of initial prospective buyers who planned on letting the space out or selling it at a higher price (it was sold between 4m - 6.5m NGN per shop) and lack of electricity, water and sewage treatment which was the initial selling proposition by the HFP East line company.
