I think this was my first time trying seafood okra, and I loved it. I'm wary of eating native foods at restaurants, because I do not think they could impress me with their cooking, as I'm a very good cook, but Utazi did.

The soup was plentiful, with prawns, shrimps, croaker fish flakes, and snails, and I couldn't finish the soup, so I took the leftover home with me. It was that delicious.

Just a sidenote that you can ask that they replace the Barracuda fish with Croaker fish; this took time though with the servers where we went back and forth over if I could replace the Barracuda with Titus fish or goat meat. Haha, I spent the better part of my evening wondering what to get, because I didn't understand what Barracuda was, and I really wanted the seafood sauce (the one that comes with prawns et Al).

When I finally placed my order, they were prompt with it. Perhaps because I came almost in the middle of the night. I started eating around 10:00 PM.

I loved the aesthetics, and the good thoughts behind this restaurant. I came well, and I was served well. Daalu nu.

Utazi mmmm... It sound like one of Akwa Ibom soup name. But an amazing place for me, for my weekends. The food run through my gullet quickly, was as if I haven't eaten for the whole week. The service is top notch, as I'm being greeted from main entrance till I get to the 1st floor. Excellent atmosphere for you, family, friends and loved ones. Good car parking space. Don't miss visiting the place. I give 7 star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Wait time is quite long, but I understand the food is made fresh, so that's okay. Also, the portions, and the deliciousness of the meals make it worth the wait. I ordered prawns fried in batter, and it was fried to perfection. Everyone loved what they ordered, very much. Courteous staff, lovely place, good food. 10/10 I recommend.

Ordered afang soup a few weeks ago, and I felt like fighting. Please, if you cannot respect a people enough to get their food right, take it off your menu!

First of all, as my fiance and I arrived, I was shocked. I thought it was one random place he's been wanting to bring me to. The ambience is relaxing. It has this privacy touch even though the space is open. The waiter was a pleasant soul. Smiling for no reason and very patient.
When the food came, we were in a hurry to go out. So we paid and asked that it be kept till we return later. I'll update after I eat.

Be ready to WAIT for your food sha.

The portions are enormous. Nope, you can't finish the soup at once if you're not a hoodlum (kidding). The music is great at the proper volume. It doesn't interfere with discussions. Sea food okro, native soup and assorted protein, garri and water... Damage was 14k. But we had enough soup to take away and eat two more times each.

By the way, the manager Obinna was super helpful. He even offered to serve us.

I first visited Utazi some years back when they were in their old site. The food at that time was amazing and I was really disappointed when I returned there a few weeks later to find out that they were no longer there.
To my utmost delight, I reconnected with them again yesterday, and I was reminded of why I fell in love with their meals before. The food was breathtakingly delicious and it was timely as well. I had the seafood okro with poundo yam, yummy!
The ambience was just right as it affects you the right amount of privacy without necessarily alienating you from other diners.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the charming outlet, Utazi, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my visit.

One of the standout factors at Utazi was the impeccably chilled drinks they served. Each sip felt like a refreshing burst of flavor, perfectly complementing the delightful atmosphere.

However, it was the Nkwobi at Utazi that truly stole the show. The moment I took the first bite, I knew I had discovered something extraordinary. The Nkwobi was nothing short of sumptuous, with tender and flavorful meat that melted in my mouth. The rich blend of spices and herbs elevated the dish to a whole new level, leaving me craving more with each bite.

Aside from the incredible drinks and mouthwatering Nkwobi, I also appreciated the attention to detail that Utazi exhibited. The presentation of the dishes was top-notch, adding to the overall dining experience. The attentive and friendly staff members were more than willing to answer any questions and make recommendations, ensuring that every guest felt welcomed and well taken care of.

Moreover, the beautifully designed interior of Utazi exuded a warm and cozy vibe, making it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing evening. The combination of the inviting decor, soothing music, and excellent service created an atmosphere that felt like a home away from home.

In conclusion, my experience at Utazi was nothing short of delightful. The chilled drinks and scrumptious Nkwobi were simply outstanding, immersing me in a world of tantalizing flavors. The staff's attentiveness and the ambiance of the outlet further added to the overall charm of the experience. Whether you're looking for a place to unwind after a long day or to celebrate a special occasion, Utazi is undoubtedly a must-visit spot. I cannot wait to return and explore more of their tantalizing menu offerings.

The food here was actually yummy and truly a la Carte. I ordered the egusi soup and wheat multiple times and each time the taste is consistently good. The restaurant itself is clean, and very neat and the waiters are just alright.

This place is really nice although the food takes a little while before it gets to you. But when you start eating, you’ll forget the wait. So I recommend preordering before you get there. I’ll give this place a 10/10!

P.s. The Ofe owerri combo was amazing and giving.

My friend and I pre-ordered our food at least 20mins prior. We still waited at a least an hour plus for food to come. As I type we are still waiting for take away bowls, and the bill for the water. Very horrible service

Utazi, it's a place to visit! Really affordable especially for a restaurant in lekki phase 1. The food was neatly and nicely served. The employees were very courteous, even the security directing the parking outside. We visited as a group of 15 people and we were very well received and accommodated.
