FCMB IKORODU BRANCH

Very greatiful

This bank has one of the best reliable ATM services in Ikorodu as there is always cash in their ATM's. The bank premises is most times free of customers as their customer service is excellent. The only issue sometimes is the bureau de change people that normally stay outside and crowd there.

The banking hall was really rowdy though but the staff is efficient.. The reason for the rowdiness could be because a market is close to the bank..
The staff were really attentive and helpful..

A good banking system, though with a long waiting time. Hopefully this changes soon.

The worst FCMB branch I've been to, waited outside for 5+ hours (7am-12pm) under the scorching sun and still didn't get my issue resolved. Not just this branch but the bank as a whole have a lot of rude employees, especially in the customer service. Lack of empathy, remorse and order in the bank. Called the customer hotline and was told they will call me back to see what was wrong, i later received a call that day from a private number but with the voice of the agent i spoke to earlier asking me for my mobile banking login details (obviously trying to withdraw the money in my account) but I'm not gullible. Right now I'm removing all funds and closing the account.

Imagine being on the queue for almost 2 hrs eve after telling the security I just want to get an international money. It's a very bad first time experience for a prospective client like me
