The security of the estate is good. They have standard barriers to aid with their duty in preventing unwanted access. Houses are linked by a good road network and couldnt be more happier with the calmness of the environment.

The new management have truly transformed the estate. It's far different from what it used to look like when I first visited some years back. The roads are now tared and interlocked. The security post has had a very impressive upgrade and there is an electronic entrance system. They have done well.

With the upgrade i saw in almost every area of their services, Gemade Estate, Mercy Close management must really mean business! Tarred and interlocked roads, electronic security systems, constant water supply and the ambience/serenity makes it a property worth investing in. It will be good to own one of these beauties to myself! It would be worth every kobo i believe!

Gemade Estate is one of its kind in the economic capital city of Nigeria (Lagos). The estate is known for its strategic security layout, beautiful landscape with gardens and short distance malls. I feel very safe within the estate everytime I visit. Every lagosian should consider the estate as a first choice for a permanent resident.
