As with most banks, you might need to come in on time. Be rest assured that it is always a fast moving queue.

As at the time I went there was a long queue due to student registration but everything was done orderly

It was not too stressful. There was no queue, so i was attended to within few minutes of my arrival.

It's an okay place

It is located just along the road to Hall 2. It's not always crowded.The customer service is fairly fast.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, getting into the bank has become difficult. Bank users have to sometimes stand under the sun for a long time before they're finally admitted into the bank premises to sit under a canopy and after a while into the bank itself. Some of the staff are rude. All of this makes visiting the bank a not so pleasant experience to look forward to.
