I am not pleased at all with the service of the resort.
Their Cleaniless is zero, the toilet - very dirty, the toilet seat has no cover. And I had to tell them to change the bed spread and duvet cos it was dirty too.
Plus the fact that, that was the second chalet because the AC in the first one was not working.
Their Hospitality is zero too.
We've not even checked out and they've put off the light at 11.am.
