GIGM Cele Terminal

The transport company is my favourite but this terminal happens to be my first time. Missed a bus the previous day and had to reschedule for today. Friendly customer service when I started complaining on what they should have done whilst doing something else. And at the end if the day, I am pleased with the terminal.

So, I would rate their customer service a 10. Very good and know how to handle customer tantrum, I had one🙈 I couldn't book to the app cause no bus availability expect you go to the park (talking about my warri experience pls)
But I love how organized everything is, from the security to customer rep.
Been using this transport since 2016 or 2017 and its my go to means of road transport

I enjoyed the experience I had with GIGM transport .. I booked this car from Accra all the way to Lagos , because of the wonderful experience I had with the transport services I booked again from Lagos to Accra Ghana, there car is really comforting and elegant once you follow this transport you wouldn’t want to follow another company , the only challenge I faced was continuous border check after crossing inside the Nigerian border around sème , the immigration and customs keeps stopping us which made the duration of the journey to increase drastically, Well at-least there was a screen to watch movies while we wait for the boarder formalities , another advantage is you don’t need a power bank because the car has a charging point in every seat . This was my brief experience with GIGM.

It is a popular interstates transport terminal located near Cele, Okota Road, Lagos. Here one can board their bus to other parts of Nigeria particularly East, South and Abuja. The terminal has ample parking space which are majorly used for their buses. God is Good Motors is a familiar name, they provide good travelling experience to all classes of people from normal to business Executive.

The transaction service offers both online (through the GIGM app) and over the counter booking services which I think is quite convenient for passengers.

Through the app you can check for available seats and available buses for your travel dates.

TV screen entertainment is provided at the reception where passengers can relax comfortably until departure time.

They have good transportation reputation and well mannered staffs.

GIGM is a transportation service I highly recommend.

Well suited for easy locomotion

Service delivery at it's best. However, the competition is getting stronger and I'm yet to see seriousness by the GIGM management in improving the quality of vehicles in use, many of which are old and worn out. Maintenance culture is paramount in any business that seeks sustainability.

A very nice, and clean place. Also, their customer service is top notch. Their field executives are super helpful.

Good Customer Service, They accept all cash, digital payment and POS. The terminals are impressive especially Jibowu and Ghana. Drivers are friendly, supportive when crossing border. They will make you live traveling by Road.

When talking about a transport company that knows what dey are doing... Then the name to mention is God is Good motors.... Starting from the management team..... Down to the supervisors..... Loaders...... Drivers..... They have this professional look of an air craft company.... If cars could fly I believe God is Good would be the leading company in that industry... Keep up the good works and don't compromise your standards.

GiGM Bus terminal at Okota is a good place to board a bus going to any part of the country. The staff there treat people with hospitality.

GIGm.com Cele Terminal is more better equipped and more efficient than some Local airport terminal in Nigeria.

Staffs are well trained and efficient in service delivery, the drivers are courteous and very humble.

I was taken to Cele terminal, instead of Jibowu, but that was due to a miscommunication which I was compensated for on arrival. No long talk, gigm is always the go-to transport company in Nigeria, and their crises management is superb! Always the best for me

A very convenient place/terminal when you want to travel or ship percels or goods within the country. Well trained staffs. They are number "1" in this business in Nigeria.

Arguably the largest God is good Motors terminal I know. Good customer service and good restroom. Enough space to park your car.

Great...but our car broke down five times in all these states that one should not be hovering around anyhow coupled with the killings...
