worst hotel Ever, the rooms are so dirty, cockroaches everywhere, the water closet was very dirty and broken, the bathroom water wasnt going through, when I complained the Receptionist she neglected my complain, Ac not working, same with the wall socket in the room, the duvet and Towel was so dirty. The manager and Receptionist are so unprofessional, they almost beat up some guests that also lounge there. They are nothing to write home about. Waste of money, worst customer care, rude workers, noisy environment.

The outside interior is okay but the inside is worse, I won’t suggest this hotel for my worst enemy, the manager is lousy, rude and unprofessional likewise the Receptionist, the rooms are so unkempt with dirty sheets, broken water closet, flies and cockroaches everywhere, when I complained about it I was insulted instead, telling me it isn’t my house. Worst place ever

This is spacious, but they have very very poor service, the manager/owner shouts at customers... only the gate man is friendly... please don't lodge here... waste of money and time... please don't lodge here....
