This hospital needs to up their game when it comes to organizations. Spent hours waiting for them to locate our files. Doctor spending more than 1 hour consulting with only one patient. They don't follow order as well when it should be first come first serve. I like the fact that it's the only hospital in area still using Hygeia HMO and they didn't charge anything further from us. I really hope they improve because the hospital looks decent with caring and friendly staffs

Well still okay... My cousin had a good experience of it.. So I will still recommend..

Poorc customers service, they operate like a government hospital not well organized. But treatment maybe okay

I had the worst experience here!
Their non-medical staff and parts of the Lab Technicians are way too slow, their negligence and laxity to offer their aid is way too palpable!
I'd strongly recommend they look into this closely.

They are not organise, they spend hours looking for file. The lab guys are the worse, very careless people, the exchange peoples test result. They can wear one hand clove throughout they day. The Doctors are good, the reason i even gave one star. They all need a strict suppervisor to check mate them

This place is a death trap, Avoid them any way you can , their qualifications need to be checked.

Lack customer service. Staff there don't even know why they got employed, slow in dealing with emergency cases. I'm not even here to mess with their business. I can say this even in front of the hospital, I no fear anybody Papa. Don't! I repeat don't take yourself or anyone you love to this hospital. All they care about is money. Zero empathy.

Very very bad hospital!!! Unprofessional nurses. Went there with an emergency case, accident to be precise the workers were just so nonchalant. They prescribed useless drugs. The wounds weren't healing, there was no change we had to go to another hospital for treatment. After spending alot of money in the hospital. I don't recommend this place for anyone!
