This office is located around the popular "Ukwuoji" landmark beside Total filling station at the Banking area.
They have a good parking space but not so big. They have wheelchair accessible parking space and a wheelchair accessible entrance to the office.
This is where people come for 9Mobile phone services, sim card related issues and informations with sim registrations, phone repairs and replacements. They have good customer service. I was satisfied the way I was attended to on the day I visited the office. I don't know if they have convenience for customers who may be pressed to ease themselves. In all, the office is a neat place and had orderly attendance to their clients.
